I Made it Monday!

Bats and Cobwebs

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
 1 pound ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar pasta sauce
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water, bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the bow tie pasta and return to a boil. Boil pasta, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain well.
Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain fat. Stir in pasta sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
Stir cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella cheese into the sauce; toss to combine. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes.

Fall Break Day 9

Today we spent the day at Dollywood! The girls had a blast!

Kynsee was very upset that she wasn't tall enough to ride the Wild Eagle ride.

She did enjoy driving her own car though.

Kendall rode quite a few rides with Kynsee while Trey and Kylee went back to the big coasters.

She was right there with Kynsee when Kynsee got kicked off the Busy Bees. Apparently a 21 month old can unbuckle herself and stand up while the ride is going. That of course is completely frowned upon and the ride was stopped prematurely for Kynsee to get off. Poor Kendall was so embarrassed.

I think she learned her lesson because she didn't try to stand up on the ducks.

I thought this picture was funny, especially when I went back six years ago and found the one below.

We had a great day! It was an awesome trip to wrap up fall break.

Fall Break Day 8

Today we spent a few hours at the corn maze with the girls' friend Isabella.

It turned out to be a very beautiful day and Kynsee and myself spent a little extra time in the maze after everyone left us!

The girls really enjoyed the ziplines.

Kynsee liked playing in the corn.

There was tons of activities to keep the kids busy.

Still amazed that Kaitlynn got her long legs in this while holding Kynsee.

After the maze we went out to eat, took Isabella home and then got ready for Boo at the Zoo!

This was the first time that we had every taken them to this event. We normally do the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in Disney World but since we couldn't travel this year we tried this instead. It was a nice alternative and I think we may do it again some time.
